Features a local civil rights bus tour, an African-American genealogy workshop, a parade, and a community day in the park.
Juneteenth: Autauga County
Paraded followed by live music, storytelling, youth activities, food trucks, vendors and their first chain breaking ceremony at North Highland Park.
Manna Ministries Food Distribution
Manna Ministries feeds more than 800 families each month in the Chilton, Jefferson and Shelby counties! They distribute loaves of bread, along with pantry items, produce, meats, dairy & pastries.
Alabama Blueberry Festival
Arts & crafts; live music; children’s section; antique car show; blueberries; blueberry bushes, ice cream, crunch and cobbler; cookbooks; t‑shirts, & more!
Juneteenth Community Health Fair: Mobile
This will be a day of education, community resources, fitness activities, and entertainment. All of these components will focus on fostering healthier lifestyles, spirits, minds, and bodies for the black community.
