African Heritage Festival
Celebrate the vibrant traditions of African cultures and the Museum’s African art galleries with the return of the African Heritage Festival sponsored by Medical Properties Trust. This family-oriented festival will feature food, games, dance, and music!

Features live music from local talent; food, merchandise, vendors; an art contest for area students; arts & crafts; kids’ area; an authentic 1950s Montgomery city bus and 1960s Greyhound bus; and free admission to the Rosa Parks Museum and Children’s Wing.

Movies in the Park
Free family movies at Government Plaza in Tuscaloosa on Saturdays June /July. Come out just after dusk for a film and local eats from area food trucks.
