All nine of Huntsville-Madison Public Library locations will be hosting reading programs this summer from May 30 – July 20!

Montgomery Summer Reading Program
Summer Reading means a chance to explore new books and other resources like reading programs, storytime, special events, art activities, movies, and more!
Double Springs PL Summer Reading Program
The summer reading program for children aged 5-12 begins June 13. Addition programs offered on Tuesdays include movies, outings, and more.
Summer Food Service Program-Tuscaloosa
The Tuscaloosa City and County Schools are participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge. Links provided for additional information.
Summer Food Service Program – Gadsden
Lunch is provided by the USDA Summer Food Program! Anyone 0-18 can eat for free. Dine in only. No take-out. Locations in Gadsden listed.
Story Time
Join the library’s children’s department on Tuesdays or Thursdays to read a story and make a neat craft! For ages 0 -6.
Koo Koo Kanga Roo
High-energy comedy singing and dancing duo! It’s all about crowd participation. Seating is limited and on first-come first-served.
Health & Wellness Expo
