The Train Station Street Market is a family-friendly outdoor with lots to explore including the classic car show, more than 50 vendor booth filled with antiques, arts, crafts and more. Tour the Museum, visit the Train Car (which has a working model train and replica of downtown Bessemer in the 1940’s era), and enjoy a variety of fare offered at Market food trucks.
While you’re there, meet Underground Birmingham co-author, Jeff Newman and learn more about his book’s pictorial journey deep into the cold, dark and long abandoned mining tunnels that are now buried and hiding along the ridge of Birmingham’s Red Mountain.
