Neewollah on Noble 2025
Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 25 from noon until 4 p.m. for a Spooktacular time! The annual event transforms two blocks of Noble Street between 10th and 12th streets into a festive plaza, featuring vendors, costume contests for all ages, bounce houses and of course plenty of candy.
