A Hoppin’ Good Time
Hop over to John Hunt Park to enjoy a fun-filled free Easter event with egg hunts, food trucks, visits with the Easter Bunny and more at the fourth annual Eggstravaganza.
Hosted by Huntsville Parks & Recreation, the event will be Saturday, April 12, from 10 a.m. to noon at the John Hunt Park Festival Grounds, located behind the Jaycee Community Building, 2151 Jaycee Way. The celebration begins with a grand entrance from the Easter Bunny and continues with scheduled age group egg hunts, crafts and prizes for kids. Members of Huntsville’s public safety departments will also be participating.
Eggstravanganza Egg Hunt Schedule:
Special populations, 10 a.m.
Ages 5 and under, 10:30 a.m.
Ages 6-9, 11 a.m.
Ages 10-12, 11:30 a.m.
