Fairfield Community Health Fair
Come out to this free community event, Saturday, April 27, 2024 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Fairfield Community Center.
There will be door prizes and free educational information. You can donate blood, UAB Mobile Market will attend with fresh food to purchase. There will be Free health screenings and seminars. Additionally more than 20 vendors will be onsite to serve you.
