52nd annual Christmas on the Coosa | Jingle Bells & Gingerbread
Wetumpka, Alabama, nestled along the banks of the Coosa River, comes alive with the Christmas Spirit each year as hundreds of vendors and volunteers present Christmas on the Coosa. This day‑long event features art vendors, music, fireworks, children’s activities, car show, parade, wakeboarding show, and a skiing Santa! In its 52nd year, the theme for this year’s festivities is “Jingle Bells & Gingerbread”
- 8:30 a.m. | Character Breakfast First Session
- 10:30 a.m. | Character Breakfast Second Session
- 11:30 a.m. | Live Entertainment in the Park
- noon – 3 p.m. | Children’s Activities
- noon – 7:30 p.m. | Arts & Crafts and Food vendors
- noon – 3 p.m. | Antique Car Show
- 6 p.m. | The Night Parade
- 7:30 p.m. | Santa will ski across the Coosa River just before the fireworks
- 7:30 p.m. | Fireworks Show
