Caribbean Day at the Park

The Caribbean Association of North Alabama hosts its 18th Annual Caribbean Day at The Park on Sunday, August 31 at the John Hunt Park Festival Grounds. The public is invited to enjoy food, games, live entertainment and giveaways. Huntsville Caribbean Day in the Park runs from 11 a.m until 8 p.m. and is a family-friendly event.

Immerse yourself in Caribbean culture, cuisine and lifestyle in a family-friendly environment. A host of vendors selling curried, jerk, and stewed delicacies, as well as scores of other food and non-food items, will be on site to serve the festive crowd.

There will be a string of free activities such as face-painting, arts & crafts, Caribbean board games, musical chairs and a dozen others geared towards children and the entire family.

Attendees will be treated with a slew of Caribbean entertainment, like live reggae band, Caribbean dancing and performances by Soca Music artist.

Entrance is free to the public. Attendees are asked to bring lawn chairs.
