Local Summer Meals
For children who rely on free or reduced lunch during the school year, Summer Break leaves a gap in food security. In summer 2026, the YMCA of Greater Birmingham continues its partnership with the Community Food Bank of Central Alabama to give food where it’s needed most. Food distribution days, times and sites vary by community.
