42nd annual Madison Street Festival
Expect great art, arts and crafts, exhibits, demonstrations, entertainment, a variety of food vendors, a community parade, information vendors, a children’s and teen area with lots of activities and FREE inflatables, and much more!
Arts & Crafts
More than 300 artisans come from all over the South share their original, beautifully handcrafted items.
Children’s & Teen Area, located in the Interact Zone off Maple Street
The Children’s Tent provides free arts, crafts, games, and entertainment for those 12 years of age and under. From magic and animal balloons, to face painting and making crafts, you’ll find it all in the Children’s Area.
The Teen area hosts interactive things with visual and hands-on, kid-friendly exhibits like how to play chess, learn about robotics, STEM activities, and more. For all youth ages 12-18. Stop by to be wowed by hands-on activities, historical facts, and fun.
Community Showcase
The Community Showcase area is fun for the whole family. This stage will have things like dancing, people showing off their sword skills, or even a balloon performance. This is a place where you can enjoy many types of entertainment.
The festivities begin with a big parade, and continue with:
- Great food truck cuisine
- Live entertainment
- Children’s activities
- A petting zoo
- Artist galleries
- Vendor demonstrations
- One of the most popular car shows in the area
