The City of Jacksonville’s annual Christmas parade begins at 6 p.m., starting from Pelham Plaza (at 812 Pelham Rd S, by Johnson’s Giant Food) and heading north through downtown and Public Square, ending near Houston Cole Library at the Jacksonville State University campus.
