Annual BTG Juneteenth Expo
Join Bridging The Gap Community Services for their annual Juneteenth celebration, a 2-day event.
On Thursday, the celebration commences with a luncheon and keynote address by Dr. Alvin Thornton, PhD. The luncheon is free, but reservations are required by calling (344) 436-8100.
On Friday, June 20, 2025, the festivities will begin with Food Truck Friday at noon, followed by a 5:30 pre-concert and a 6 p.m. extravaganza showcasing local talent and businesses downtown on the lawn. Attendees are invited to bring their families, chairs, and blankets to enjoy the celebration.
