38th Alabama Renaissance Feast & Faire
Designated as one of the Top 20 Events in the Southeast
More than 35 thousand visitors visit Florence annually for the Alabama Renaissance Feast & Faire to enjoy a Renaissance-themed extravaganza featuring performances, costume, food, vendors, and a bit of Renaissance magic.
Sword fighters, Renaissance dancers, Minstrels and Troubadours, belly dancers, musicians, singers, jugglers, and magicians continuously perform on both stages and in the lanes.
Crafts include handmade baskets, handcrafted chain mail, home-made soap, and hand-thrown pottery. There will be vendors who provide a broad selection of garb, weaponry, books, jewelry, and specialty items to fit any budget.
Join the fun with a bit of Maypole dancing, scavenger hunting, fortune telling, and feasting and merriment.
