24th of June Masonic Celebration
Florala, Alabama is home to the 24th of June Celebration, the oldest continuous Masonic day celebration in the world. This celebration has been observed without a single omission since June 24, 1871! Amongst it’s many events during the week-long celebration, the final day is filled with an Art’s and Crafts fair, parade, fireworks, and more!
This event always takes place on the “Saturday closest” to the 24th of June and it includes a car show, parade, carnival rides, food trucks, and many activities for the kids. Plus after dark, fireworks over Lake Jackson when it gets dark.
Everyone is invited to enjoy the festivities.
Please note a special date and time for the children: Monday, June 24 “Anything Goes” Children’s Parade and Children’s Water Battle at RJECC Amphitheater. Parade at 6 p.m. Water Battle immediately after.
