21st annual Azalea Festival
Sponsored by the Semmes Chamber of Commerce, the Azalea Festival is attended by people from throughout Mobile and surrounding counties. This family-friendly event features a 5-K run, carnival rides, arts & crafts, entertainment, and activities for people of all ages!
Festival activities and entertainment in the past have included the following:

- Cruz-in Car Show
- Azalea Festival Beauty Pageant
- Dance Shows, Choir, and Jazz/Rock Bands
- Children’s play area with carnival style rides and games.
- Plant Sale with azaleas and other shrubs on display for sale.
- Arts and Craft Vendors
- Food Vendors- Ice cream, barbecue, funnel cakes, hot dogs, hamburgers, and much more.
