Elberta German Sausage Festival
Serving about 6,500 pounds of German Sausage each festival.
Join Elberta’s German Sausage Festival for the famous “One-With, Two-Without” German sausage & sauerkraut, plus more than 200 arts and crafts vendors and continuous entertainment for adults and children.
Although the star of the show is their famous Elberta German Sausage, you’ll also find cold, adult beverages, multiple Coca-Cola stands, as well as vendors with roasted corn, typical carnival fare, BBQ, kettle corn, and various other dishes.
Polka, country, contemporary and German music will also be provided for entertainment.
Costs:
The Sausage Festival is a town fund-raiser whose proceeds are used for improving not only the fire department, but the town as well.
Sausage sandwiches are $6 each (includes kraut on the side if requested).
Nominal fee for kid’s bounce house.
Admission is free. No pets allowed.

The festival is a one-day event that is held twice a year, ALWAYS the last Saturday in March & October.
