LoDa ArtWalk Celebrates Kites & Tie Dye

Event Details

LoDa ArtWalk celebrates National Kite Day & National Tie Dye Day on April 8!

This event will highlight creatives, including visual artists, musical performers, and local restaurants. Come downtown to show your support of local artists, arts organizations, and downtown businesses at this fun, family-friendly event. See the official event; visit Mobile Arts Council for the itinerary.

LoDa ArtWalk is a free monthly event that showcases area visual, performing, and culinary arts community. This event takes place on the second Friday of every month from 6 to 9 p.m. in the Lower Dauphin (LoDa) Arts District. LoDa ArtWalk is made possible through a partnership between the Events Division of the Mobile Parks & Recreations Department, the Mobile Arts Council, and other downtown partners.

During ArtWalk, Dauphin Street is shut down for pedestrian foot traffic, and local art galleries, institutions, studios, and unique shops stay open extended hours for the public to explore.
