Our SMS Text Chat* service uses secure, end-to-end encryption to help protect your messages and maintain your privacy.

How to:

Simply text +1 866-962-3030 with your question, and a trained PAL Parent Resource Specialist will assist you. This service is available during PAL support hours:
Mon – Fri: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
When using this service, you may be asked to verify certain information so our specialists can provide the best possible assistance. For more complex questions, speaking directly with a PAL specialist by phone or using the website chat may provide additional support.

Consent:

By sending a text, you consent to receive communication via SMS from the Parenting Assistance Line (PAL). PAL specialists respond directly to each inbound message with relevant information, support, and follow-up questions as needed. This is a non-marketing, person-to-person conversational messaging service. Messages are sent only in response to inquiries and may include multiple back-and-forth replies during an active support session. No promotional or unsolicited messages are sent. To unsubscribe at any time, simply text STOP to +1 866-962-3030 to opt out.**
