PAL adds multi-language services to better meet the needs of Alabama’s hispanic community.
10,000 Calls Served
By PAL’s seventh year, more than 10,000 calls had been answered, coming from every county in the state and 30 other states.
In 2017, the option to live chat with parenting resource specialists during normal hours of operation was incorporated on the PAL website.
