About this event:
If we can’t control or cure our child struggling with Substance-Use Disorder (SUD), what can we do? This discussion will focus on the importance of the 3C’s of Al-Anon:
- We did not Cause it,
- We cannot Control it and
- We cannot Cure it
- with the addition of a 4th ‘C’ – But, how can we Contribute positively’?
There will be a 45 minute teaching followed by an interview with the Wimberlys about their journey as parents of two sons struggling with SUD for more than two decades.
