Mardi Gras in Wetumpka!
Hosted by the Order of Cimarrón, Wetumpka’s annual Mardi Gras Parade is the River Region’s largest Mardi Gras parade! Come join the excitement and be a part of a fun, family friendly, parade, and celebration!
The Order of Cimarron’s annual Mardi Gras Parade and Festival has grown to attract a crowd of more than 15,000 into Wetumpka’s historic downtown. It includes more than 100 participants from throughout the state and almost as many vendors who bring Gold Star Park to life with food, fun and music.
So enjoy the celebration in Gold Start Park and get ready to catch Moon Pies, beads and trinkets! This is a rain or shine event.
