Free Thursdays​: Mobile County residents get free admission every Thursday with proof of residence! (year-round)
On Thursdays, also enjoy MMoA’s free Make & Take Art program

- Occurs Thursdays through October 15 (EXCEPT Family Art Days) from 3 – 4:30 p.m.
- Pre-register or walk in to get creative with MMoA’s Make & Take.
- Explore a variety of art materials, processes, and techniques inspired by artists currently on view. Each week features different techniques, such as water color, yarn painting, collage, mono prints, and so much more. ​

Museums for All​: SNAP recipients can enjoy free general admission for up to four guests with an EBT card.
Blue Star Museum​: Free admission for active-duty military, veterans, and their families (up to four guests).
This seasonal program runs from Armed Forces Day (May 16, 2026) through Labor Day (September 5, 2026).
Free Admission for Teachers & First Responders​: Teachers, nurses, police, EMS, and firefighters receive free general admission in appreciation of your service.
This program runs May 1 through Sept 5, 2026. A valid school or institutional ID is required for entry. Each eligible guest may also bring up to four accompanying visitors.
