The Heart of the Valley YMCA is committed to productive, healthy lives, so the annual Health and Wellness Fair is free and open to the public. The Health and Wellness Fair is designed to offer something for health-seekers of every age.
- Free group exercise classes such as Spin, ZUMBA, Gentle Yoga, Strength Train Together, and BodyAttack.
- LifeSouth will host a blood drive from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Schedule your appointment. All donors receive a t-shirt!
- Family cooking event.
- Free screenings! blood pressure, glucose, cholesterol, heart rate, and BMI
- Many door prizes will be given out!
