Community Fun & Wellness Festival
Join three of the region’s community health centers (HAPPI Health, Thrive Alabama, and Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc.) for a free Community Fun & Wellness Festival in Huntsville. The festival celebrates the accomplishments of community health centers– while raising awareness of the many services available at their clinics.
Festival activities include a petting zoo, giveaways, free snow cones for the first 100 attendees, food trucks, bounce houses, a DJ, a splash pad, health screenings, and information about community resources!
COVID-19 vaccinations will also be administered on-site for ages 12 and up. To register for a COVID-19 vaccine during the event, visit www.cnahsi.com/festival.
Community health centers are community-driven non-profit clinics that provide comprehensive, cost-effective primary care to all regardless of income level or insurance status. Services rendered at these health centers include integrated dental care, medical care, behavioral health, STI/STD services, chiropractic care, pharmacy services, as well as support services like prescription assistance and insurance enrollment assistance.
